Al finalizar sus estudios en la Universidad de los Andes en Bogot\u00e1, se especializ\u00f3 en ilustraci\u00f3n bot\u00e1nica en la Chelsea School of Botanical Art en Londres. Su trabajo pl\u00e1stico e investigativo ahonda en las posibilidades de la representaci\u00f3n del mundo natural y la exploraci\u00f3n de la relaci\u00f3n entre arte y ciencia. Sus t\u00e9cnicas preferidas son la acuarela y el grafito, aunque a veces tambi\u00e9n le gusta pintar al \u00f3leo. Buscando contribuir a la conservaci\u00f3n de la naturaleza con su arte, se ha enfocado en el registro de biodiversidad y en la representaci\u00f3n de ecosistemas de Colombia, Recientemente se ha dedicado a la ilustraci\u00f3n de nuevas especies encontradas en territorios de post conflicto.
